Sheila Lam graduated with a Master of Clinical Optometry and Bachelor of Vision Science (Distinction) from the University of New South Wales. She is therapeutically endorsed to prescribe ophthalmic medications.
Sheila has a special interest in myopia management, advanced contact lenses (including keratoconus and RGP fitting), and the management of ocular diseases. She is the current Chair of Young Optometrists, a not-for-profit organisation that supports and empowers early-career optometrists and students. Sheila is also a member of the Orthokeratology Society of Oceania (OSO) and the Cornea and Contact Lens Society of Australia (CCLSA), and serves as a Clinical Excellence and Education Consultant for Menicon Australia.
Sheila holds professional certifications in evidence-based myopia control strategies, including MiYOSMART (HOYA), Stellest (Essilor), ACUVUE® Abiliti® 1-Day (Johnson & Johnson), and MiSight® (CooperVision).
Fluent in English and Vietnamese, Sheila is passionate about providing comprehensive, personalised eye care. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new cuisines and spending time with family and friends.

Mandy Huynh (they/them) is a therapeutically endorsed optometrist who graduated with Master of Clinical Optometry and a Bachelors of Vision science from the University of New South Wales.
Mandy shares a special interest in myopia management, paediatric optometry (behavioural), and advanced contact lenses. Mandy prescribes orthokeratology and scleral lenses and is a Credentialed Optometrist for CASA.
Mandy’s passion for optometry began through experiencing the difficulties of their own myopia and understanding the importance of our vision, especially in children. Mandy believes that each patient should be treated with empathetic care and as individuals, including our unique visual demands.
Mandy speaks English and Cantonese. Outside of work, you can find Mandy bouldering, reading, and tending to their plants.
